First Samsung

Second Samsung

Or the Dell?

Deffinetly the second samsung. It has a much lower response time (less ghosting), higher contrast ratio, and is cheaper.

I agree with OMEGA, but those are a little pricey. I know of a 19" 800:1 widescreen 5ms response 1440x900 for $200 w/ rebate.

It has to be 20 inch 1600x1200 resolution because I want the most screen space possible. So I should go with the cheaper samsung? A lot of people were telling me to get the Dell so I held off on it

The second samsung is the best. The Dell looks aesthestically good but it isn't an awesome montior.

What is the difference between the two samsungs? I am about to buy the second one but am still not positive it is the right choice because I am getting mixed opinions

the response time of the 2nd samsung is much lower and so will be the better option.

I can however tell you that the dells are damn good monitors, im using a 20" FP2005 at the moment and its wonderful, no issues with gaming on it so far. However it is quite a bit more expensive than the 2nd samsung posted so would have to go for that one

They are exactly the same, the only difference is the color. I would go with the cheapest one.
