im having problems installing this certain game on my laptop

Im trying to install world of warcraft on a bran new dell laptop
2.16 ghz
2gb ram
x1400 ati radeon laptop

first CD.. insert CD 2... thats when it gets stuck and frozen... no clue why. i install all windows updates drivers etc etc... not sure whats going on. anyone know? i even bought another WoW CDs to see if the problem was with the CDs but it wasnt....
