Default How can I tell??

I have obtained a Windows XP installation disc, and I would love to use it on a new build of mine. But I don't know if there are any installations left with the WPA key. Is there any way to tell before I go through the trouble of installing it and finding out the hard way? I'd like to avoid spending $90 at all costs.

I'd say, just try it. If it doesn't work, pay thee $90
