Blue Screen

hope someone can help, i have a ati x800pro g card and am having trouble with the driver. it works perfectly for a few days and then without warning i gat a blue screen that states something like....

"windows has shutdown to protect damage being done to your computer or hardware........ etc

its then says "check your video drivers"

i have installed the lastest drivers, unistalled old ones. tried old ones but still get this blue warning screen every few days. if i unistall the drivers the computer is fine.

anyone know what i can do????
