Can you only get a picture on one monitor on the other? or can you not get it on either of them?

Right click on your desktop and select Properties>>Settings tab>>Advanced>>Display Tab. Now, next to the picture of the tv, there should be a red button. Click on the button, and then press ok. If the button shows up as grey, select the troubleshoot button bellow the picture of the tv, and select "force detection of my TV"

Hope this helps.
