Default Wtb Cpu + Mobo

I want to buy a CPU with mobo for an old PC just for internet and a little Dreamweaver, I was thinking around $30, make an offer

K7S5A PRO 5.0 motherboard with a AMD Athlon XP 1800+ uses DRR or SD ram. I'll have to test and make sure the mobo still works. I kept it out of the anti static bag for a while. The CPU I am 100% it works. Let me know if your interested and I'll test it. Also I would like 40$ for it at least, so I dont know if you want an older one, or to try and find a better deal.

PMed. Also what i left out of the PM is 3$ for heatsink and fan, because it wont fit in the standerd box from my work with it, i have shipped my mobos and cpus this way though my work and ran into this problem.
