I'm looking for a notebook to use as a desktop replacement. I was wondering what kind of specs I would need for it. The main things I would be using it for would be listening to music and watching movies and running multiple programs at once like the internet, itunes, and some music composition programs that I have. I would also need a good sound card for music recording and stuff. I would also be doing some occasional rts games like age of empires and starcraft. I'd rather have too much power than too little but, I'm only 15 with a part time job and I don't have loads of money, so I'd like good power for not too much over $1000. Any help is greatly appreciated.
