Default So if i order a xps 700 from dell, will he mobo on i support the new core 2 duo?

will the mobo on xps 700 support the conroe? core 2 duo exterme edition 3.3
3?

I'm not sure, but chances are it won't. Why not just wait till core 2 motherboards are out and build your own?

no it will not. dell has a contract with dfi or asus or whatever to make a mobo only for what they want

i know hp dosent. they have a contract with asus to make boards specifically for their needs

i am 99.9 % positive dell does not make their own motherboards.
