Hi,

I have been using a company laptop for about a year, and I need to know how to clean it up before I return it to them. I basically want to get rid of all personal sites I've visited...and make sure there's no extra stuff installed.....how can I make sure I don't delete something important. Are there folders I should never delete items from

I'm not quite PC savvy, I do know how to run Ad-Aware and Symantec Antivirus....and clear the internet history.....where else should I clean?

Any advice would be great......
