It happens in every folder containing movies, so it isn't one specific file causing it. I'll try downloading the newest DivX first.

Try disabling any program that could be using that folder as a shared resource. I would also check to make sure that the folder is not shared. I have had a simmilar problem with having the folder shared over the network. It contained music and movies.
