Question Building a new pc... What to build?? Tips?

Mobo doesn't support that SATAII HDD, I think that rig is an overkill for the needs he/she mentioned, and it still lacks RAM, and a video card would be nice, something like Radeon 9600 or 9200 maybe or maybe nVidia, nothing fancy, single core cpu would do fine, I would go for better RAM and a good HDD, everything else is less important.
