Default mouse locks up in IE

Every time i go to a new webpage in internet explorer, the webpage will load up fine and work for about 10 seconds and then the mouse cursor and all functions lock up for about 20 seconds. After the 20 seconds is up everything works fine again. This happens every time i go to a different link or webpage, if i stay on the same webpage it will happen about every minute. I dont think it is a virus because i formated my computer two days ago and havent really downloaded anything since, but i could be wrong. Any comments or solutions? Thanks.

alright, then you probrably do have a virus, download HiJackThis from here: http://rds.yahoo.com/_ylt=A0geupG1j6...nload3155.html, save it 2 your Desktop, doubl-click it on your Desktop, go through the Setup, then click 1st option, Run Full System Scan and Save Logfile? something like that, but it's the 1st thing, click that, let it run, at the end it will make a log in Notepad, copy that, then post it in either here, or in the Computer Security thread.
