Run Hijackthis and select "Do a system scan only", place a check by the following entries.

O2 - BHO: C:\WINDOWS\System32\xpRecovery.dll - {8A5849B5-93F3-429D-FF34-660A2068897C} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\xpRecovery.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winclean] c:\windows\system32\winclean.exe
O23 - Service: Microsoft ASPI Manager (aspi113210) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\aspi2118611.exe

Close all open windows and browsers, and hit "Fix Checked".

Delete these files (use Hijackthis "delete on reboot" if they won't delete).

c:\windows\system32\winclean.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\aspi2118611.exe

Then restart and post a new log.
