Almost done.
Run Hijackthis and select "Do a system scan only", place a check by the following entries.
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {755bbd1a-aa59-456c-afeb-b4c42c4dcb6f} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\ixt0.dll (file missing)
Close all open windows and browsers, and hit "Fix Checked".
Check that it's gone after a restart, I shouldn't need to see another log.
Then go to this link and update Windows.
