Default Outlook 2000 Error Message

this is what I get, now, when I open Outlook:
Outlook has caused an error in PSTRX32DLL. Outlook will now close."
I cannot send or receive e-mail any longer through Outlook.
How do I fix this?

i maybe wrong, but cant you download Outlook 2003? i would do that.
