hey guys what's a good aftermarket cooler for socket lga775 that's around 30-40 bucks and is very quiet?

that looks pretty cool, but it seems to be really heavy, would it require special braces to hold it in place?

I really like the Freezer 7 Pro. You can get it for around $24 on newegg, and it's almost identical to the Freezer 64. It kept my Pentium D 930 at around 15-20C Idle, and around 20-25C under full load.
