Default Mwave memory

I am building a budget computer on July 14th...if Mwave.com offers skt AM2 barebones systems by then I'll likely go through them, which leads me to my question. Has anyone had experience with Mwave memory or heard anything about it? Right now 1GB of DDR2 533Mhz (Mwave) is about $65usd. Obviously it is very budget ram, but if it performs pretty much like any other value ram, I would have no problems with it.

My only worry is that it might tend to go bad, etc. Thanks.
