Ok here is the story. Last week my NEC 3520A did not show up on My Computer. I then went to Device manager and it shows the same thing as the pic I have attached. I then reinstall it and reboot my computer. I then saw that bubble popup saying that it found a new device and that it will be install. The typical stuff. I then went into Device Manager and the same thing appeared as before.

I was like OK maybe it's the burner. I bought it like 2 years ago and burned like over 1k disc. I was like hey time for an update. I then bought a NEC 3550A and it arrive today. I hook it up and the same message show up in device manager. I tried the uninstall & reboot message as before but it didn't work.
