First, it's LAPTOP

I'm sure there's some way to add RAM to the iBook. I'm quite sure it's basic laptop RAM.

I remember seeing some sort of task manager deal on my Mac, but I don't know of a button sequence to access it. I got to it somewhere though the apple menu or control pannel. I'm not at my mac so I can't say for sure... Hehe, I might be thinking of something else

Difficulty level in what? Upgrading the mac's RAM? It shouldn't be any harder than removing a cover and popping in the new RAM. Or if it has a single slot, removing the old and putting the new in.
