However, Cromewell is definately right about Northbridge cooling. I have placed an 80mm fan on top of my graphics card with little blue tac feet, so it's blowing cool air right over it.
If you want help for which to overclock, just ask. You are going to want to raise the MCH voltage by +.1v to get overclocks it excess of ~2.8 Ghz.

What is MCH? Are you refering to the vcore? Did you use the CIA2 to OC? Because I am thinking of maxing out the CIA2 first and seeing how that goes.
