Photo printing wizard no layout available

My operation system is windows xp sp2. when i use the Photo Print wizard to print pictures, the Available Layouts window is blank and therefore no preview is displayed.

Besides, if i use anyother software (such as ms word, ms excel, ie, firefox, photoshop etc.), print preview is fine.

Could someone help me to solve the above problem?

Or How can i reinstall photo printing wizard into my PC.
