Scanning problem
I use Microsoft Picture It Photo software for most of my photos. I use a HP PSC 1350 to scan my photos into Picture It. There are two scanning method choices. 1. Automatic scan only. 2. My scanner software. I usually use My Scanner software because you have more control over the scanning process. Lately when I make this choice it will not scan, on auto it scans ok. I need someone to tell me what the problem might be and how to fix it. I have tried uninstalling and installing both Picture It and HP PSC 1350 software, but no change. All help will be appreciated.

Did you install any recent security updates for windows? If so, see if there are updated drivers available from HP... (a good idea anyway, the drivers on the disc are pretty old...)
