Default Building a Comp...need help with compatibilty

Ok, so I decided it was time for an upgrade as my computer is now a bit behind the times. I have had experience building a computer as I did the one I have currently, however, ever since the new cpu technology has come out i have had trouble getting my head around it.
After a lot of researching, and a few headaches, I have come up with the parts I want to use to build my new computer. However, every time I seem to be confident they are all compatible, something I read makes me doubt it.
I would really appreciate it if anyone can let me know if the components I have listed below are all compatible with one another.

Motherboard
Asus P5LD2-VM I945G Pentium D 4xDDR2 Video PCIE GiLan LGA775(all in one)
or
Intel BLKD945GPMLKR LGA775 I945G Raid DDRII mATX PCI-EX Glan SATAII ViiV All in One

CPU
Intel Socket 775 Pentium D930 3.0Ghz 800Mhz FSB 2x2MB Cache Dual Core

Memory
DDR2 1G PC4300 DDR2 RAM Kingmax/Kingston

Hard Drive
Western Digital 250G SATAII 7200 rpm HDD(16Mb Cache)

Graphics Card
Gecube Radeon X1300 DDR2 512MB Pro Edition CrossFire Ready PCI Express

I already have a case but I'm not sure what type it is.
Any help anyone can give me would be great.
Thanks

I would go with the ASUS board. That video card is not that great, if your going to be gaming, you'll definatley want something a little better. Something such as this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814131007. Also you'll probally need a Power Supply. I recommend this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817174023.
If your not sure about your case, you can get one for pretty cheap.
