how do i tweak my memory? i was able to tweak my cpu to 2.7 and my memory mhz to 224, but now it says the cas is at 3 when its supposed to be at 2. also it says im running in 2t i want to get the timings down how do i do that?

Try to change memory mode in BIOS (as a rule TURBO/Ultra, etc.). You don't need any other tweak.
