i have a motherboard taht i want.
i have almost everyother aspect of the computer checked out and ready to go, except for a hard drive. I have a 256Gb external hard drive that i can connect, but i need an internal hard drive. The mother board says it suports: PATA 2 x ATA100 up to 4 Devices PATA RAID NV RAID 0/1/0+1 JBOD SATA 1.5 Gb/s 4 SATA RAID NV RAID 0/1/0+1 JBOD Can i use a hard drive that says it is a SATA 3.0Gb/s instead of a 1.5Gb/s? |

Yeah you can use a SATA 2 (3GB/s) on a SATA mother board, it`ll only run at 1.5 GB/s though.
EDIT:You can set the jumper on the SATA 3.0 Gb/s to operate as a SATA 150. Then if you ever get another MB, then at least you will already have a SATA 3.0 Gb/s.
