what do you think of these temps?

cpu: 20c
MB: 24c
HDD: 31c

Those temps are great, no need to worry about them

What are your specs? Also, what Heatsink are you using on your CPU? Do you use Watercooling?

cpu:pentium d 3.4x2 with spire SP511B7 CoolFlow
mb: asus P5ND2-sli
graphics: 7600gt
memory: corsair 2gb
hdd: wd 250gb
psu: atrix 500w
vantec tornado 80mm case fan 119cfm
2 x YS-TECH FD1238 120mm Fan - 4 Pin (FG-004-YS) front and rear (125cfm each)

Unreal temps. It is practically impossible for a cpu to be at 20C with air cooling, unless your room is a freezer. A pentium D runs hotter than most processors. I'd suggest a faulty sensor. Is that from the BIOS?

Wow it's really hard to get that with watercooling

What is your room temp?

the temp of the room is normal. temp results are from the program speedfan

those speedfan results are faulty checked bios temps and the cpu is 25c

Some programs that you get to detect cpu, motherboard and gpu temps are faulty and inaccurate. To get the correct temps go into the BIOS.
