if u go into ur sound or audio devices in the control panel i think, sorry im not near a windows based pc. I had the same problem with my build, at the top of the sound or audio device screen there was a pull down box but it said no audio device found. I just had to get ther driver of my mobo's website?

R u using a sound card or integrated audio? If so, what mobo do u have.

I mean the motherboard or mainboard sorry, yes u just need to install the drivers from the brands website. Most sites have sections for downloading drivers. Just find your make and model and look for an audio driver, reboot and u should b good to go.

Do u know the brand of ur motherboard?

Yeah try to get the latest drivers. If that doesn't work go to start/ control panel/ system/ hardware tab/ device manager and check to see if there are any audio devices installed.
