Default HP Pavilion

Ok my mom has a HP Pavilion 6640C and I have an older gateway G6-333c. I have a game that requires at a minimum of a 300 MHz processor and 64 Mb RAM. The HP has a 500 MHz and 256 Mb ram and the Gateway has a 333 MHz with a 64 Mb ram. The Gateway runs the game better any reason why? By the way the Gateway has a Intel Celeron and the HP has a AMD K6-2.

What type of graphics do the computers have?

Are the computers playing the games on different resolutions?

I don't think there is one. Cpu's have a speedstep which is where the processor is not running at full power when it is not being used and vice versa.
