Hi all! I need help with a question about an old system running with RDRAM/Rambus memory. I have my choice of running 4 x 128mb sticks = 512mb at PC800, or going with a slower speed of 2 x 256mb = 2 x 128mb = 768 mb at PC600. Am I better off with more ram at the slower speed, or less at the faster speed? Thanks for any help!

I think you'd be better off with the faster memory.
If this was SDRAM I'd agree with monkeysims and say go with more total RAM.

yeah, im going with them guys 2, and say more RAM.
you would see a significant difference in speed, when starting up, and opening programs, with more RAM.
