Default Brain fart

Hey guys,

i've got this x300se and it says it supports 256mb, but it only has 128 onboard. i have forgotten how to enable the gpu to use 256 of my system memory. help

Dont you go somewhere in the BIOS and turn on a setting there or somewhere in the settings of the videocard.

I think you're talking about the AGP Aperture? Just keep searching throughout the BIOS options and it should be somewhere in there.

Since you brought it up, one of my comps has a X300SE 128MB, I think it says it has 32MB on board but borrows from the RAM, doesn't it do this automatically? It's a Dell so it's all predone.
