Default AM2 Build opinions wanted

I am seriously considering building this computer it isnt a dual core and dont bash me for not getting one cause my dad wont let me spend that much on a dual core and i really dont need it ill probably upgrade next year or the end of this year. i already have some ram harddrive dvd drive and everything else.

here it is
CPU

Motherboard

Memory

will it work for gaming like counterstrike source BF2 and all those other games. the case says it takes some fans but i want to make sure i get the right ones so what type fans does the case take and how many can i put in there. i want some fans with good airflow not to much noise and no LED's on the fan. will i be able to overclock with this setup and when you overclock does the warranty get voided or what happens and can you return it if something else goes wrong even if its overclocked.

I have close to the same setup in my sig. The case uses 80mm fans, look on newegg for the ones that move the most air and are quiet. Newegg has all those specs of fans. The 7600GT is a very good card for the money. Im pretty sure that overclocking voids warranties.

What kind of ram do u have?

it looks like it has three placings for 80mm fans. The fan in the front goes on the inside of the case at the bottom of the slots for ur drives and floopy.

Now the motherboard has DDR2 standard ram slots. I dont know if u have to get DDR2 800 speed ram or not, thats for someone else to answer lol. Actually for mine i had OCZ and i had to downclock the ram to 667 speeds to run stable.

Well when it says standart it just means that you can run ram up to that. You could run anything below ddr2800 as long as it is ddr2. Also, I would go with this power supply instead.
