Default Monitor Choosing

I am a xfx 7900 gt 256mb with a 520mhz clock rate...what would be a good monitor to compliment that nicely that is in the range of 150$-250$?

Are you looking for a LCD or CRT moniter? Since by the card that you bought I would assume you are into gaming, and with that and your buject I would reccoment a CRT moniter, if you want a LCD moniter(flatscreen) I would see if you could up your buject to at least 300$ You are going to want a MS under 8 and from a better brand, since many of the cheaper brands moniters go bad after a couple years(check the reviews of the exact product to be sure)

i wouldn't take a 19 inch, i would go with 17 or even 15.
i fund that the 19 is way too big, and when you sit on front of it, it looks gouchie. If you will do mostly movie watching, then sure, that would be nice.
the 15 inch is perfect if you sit on front of it....and its cheaper. But 17 is a good middle.
