Just browse the web for http://www.mp3j.us/ as just one site that offers both freeware and shareware audio and video utilities. Different search engines will locate other sites as well.

there is Audio to Midi but it isn't very reliable....

i used it for the last time 1 or 2 years ago...

i think that you can't save the midi with the trial version of the program but don't buy it because it is not a good program...

alright then not directly my mp3 to midi but mp3 to wav converter and then wav to midi converter is easily possible i guess? which two app you recommend for the two steps?
