You have me on that one

Macromedia Studio 8: $1000 $852
That's from newegg, that's not the suggested retail value.

Microsoft Office Pro w/Infopath: $579 $199 (Office 2003 Small Business)
Wrong, completely wrong. Small business is missing the following from my edition: Access, I also have Info path, One note, and Frontpage, all of which aren't in small business.

Roxio Easy Media Creator 8: $100 $60
Again, not the retail value from Roxio's site, nor what I paid.

Quote:
WinRAR: $40 (Free from download.com)
WRONG, free trial download, it's a 40 day trial. Winrar, from Alexander Roshal, rarlabs.com has never been free.

Quote:
Adobe CS2: $900 $849
Meh, a meer $50 difference, and that's not according to Adobe retail's price.

I doubt if you're going to get much money for the software because if it's been opened, then people aren't going to really pay as much.
This I understand, but I'm only looking for roughly 20% of market value.

Plus, if any of those are registered, obviously it's illegal
No, it's not, you are allowed to transfer your license and registration. It's in the EULAs.

Although you might get a few people that will get caught up in the bidding wars and go over, but probably not on this type of stuff...
Hell, I could sell just this with adobe premier and Avid and rake in $1,000, trust me, I know people just starting in the film industry who go crazy over that stuff.

Yes those are according to newegg's sites, but people arent going to pay what the MSRP is, there going to look around and see what other sites charge.

And I know that the MS Office wasn't right, but they didnt have the version you had, so I just showed a similar thing. And yes WinRAR is a 40-day trial, but there are other programs and previos version of WinRAR that are completly free.

Well yea, but, that's still the actual retail value of what they are, but I understand your logic. As for winrar, well, that was the full new version, and many free alternatives don't do what it does, hell, there's a free alternative to MS office and Photoshop, but they are still worth their value. Anyway, I'm really looking to just get maybe around $1500 for all of it, and this includes my monitor, speakers, webcam, microphone, joystick, keyboard, and mouse too. It's a whole package, so please let me know what you think, and thanks for all of your continued help so far, I really apriciate you all taking the time to reply.

"Suggesed retail price "Is never what it is sold at even at most stores., and your software is used.

Macromedia is 1000$ off of there website, new. Abode you can get cheaper at frys after sales. XP home as said, you can get much cheaper(100$ without sale at micro center) and those are jsut the ones i know off the top of my head. You cant expect to sell USED software anywhere near the "retail value" because "retail value" is never what the REAL retail value really is

I don't want even close to the retail value. When I list the values of each however, I am going to list the retail value MSRP suggested by the manufacturer. I realize I won't get close to that value, I'm only looking for roughly 20%.
