Default Crtl Alt Delete won't come up

When I hit Crtl Atl Delete, the task manager pops up for a second and then closes on its own and I can't figure out why. Does anyone have this problem and how do I fix it because I can't see how much power is being used or anything?

Right Click on the clock in the lower left hand corner and select Task Manager. Tell me what happens.

A virus may be preventing it from being displayed. Run a virus scan as well as something like ad-aware or spybot.

It comes up when I right click on the clock but doesn't when I do the other thing.

Sounds like a virus or spyware to me... perform an adware scan and/or a virus scan

I am not to sure but maybe it is because you are doing ctrl alt delete too fast or maybe as soon as it opens up you are clicking on escape. But I am not sure. I could be wrong.

I have had this happen before, Can't remember exactly where but there is a setting somewhere in windows where you can choose which accounts are able to use ctrl alt del, and it will prevent that account from having access to the task manager.
