Default 939 prevails, asrock/a8n5x

I apologize that I justed posted a thread on three am2 boards, but I recently decided 939 will get me a long ways into the future, and I don't want the am2 hassle. So,
Newegg.com - Once You Know, You Newegg

Should I go with the (I guess?) older asrock board, or the a8n5x asus name. Both boards have reviews coming out of their holes, so I don't know what to look for to put one board over the other. Is nforce4 better than the asrock's.. thing? (also, sata II is insignificant)

Go with the Asus A8N5X. ASRock don't exactly have a reputation for reliability.
