Default Access 2003 Primary Keys

Does anyone know of a way to retrieve the names of the primary keys in an Access DB through an ODBC connection? The current ODBC driver I have (4.00.6304.00) doesn't support SQLPrimaryKeys(). Also I can't find any system table that stores the name of the primary keys. Anyone have any idea?
