Problem with MSN messenger...can you help?

Hi there,

I'm having a problem with my MSN. Whenever the MSN messenger window is open and I click the icon that takes you to your email, it doesn't work. A page pops up that says:

The Microsoft Passport Network is unavailable from this site for one of the following reasons:
This site may be experiencing a problem.
The site may not be a member of the Passport Network

I would delete and re-install MSN messenger, but I don't want to have to manually add all my contacts again. Does anyone know what's going on? Thanks for the help!

if you reinstall MSN Messenger you wont have to add contacts again
and if you sign in from any other computer in the world with your account ... contacts will still be there.

So even if I delete MSN and re-install it, my contacts will still be there?
