Exclamation Buliding a low budget linux box.

well i want to build a low budget linux box
these are the parts that i found but i dont't know which of them are better for running linux.

-Processor:
---------------
AMD Sempron 2800 socket 754

-MOBO :
------------
well there is two choices
A-abit NV8
B-gigabyte K8U

RAM :
---------
Kingstone 512 DDR

-i don't know which graphic cards support linux,
so what do you think guys???

Officially, both Nvidia and ATI offer drivers for linux, but Nvidia has a better history with Linux (and I think performance)...I would choose one of them

CPU is great...memory fine.

well first of all thanks for repling but the question is which MOBO socket 754 support linux

-integrated NVIDIA GIGABYTE Ethernet and NVIDIA Firewall
-Supports NV radio.

OR

2-GIGABYTE GA-K8U

chipset:- -ULIM1689 Chipset
-Super I/O :SMSC lpc47m997-NR
-integrated pheripherals
1-Realtek 8100c ethernet controller
2-Realtek ALC850 Audio AC'97 codec
