Lost tabs on Task Manager.

Hi guys. um i did something to my task manager and now i have no tabs on the top. just the menu part where you can view what apps are running. Could someone please plas help me out. I dunno what to do to get it back.

Double click on the outside part of the box.(inside the box, just the very outer part)
