how do i update my bios?

i downloaded the new bios, there is a icon that says flash, do i click on that?

its a gigabyte k8 series board.

dont think you should update it, unless it's very neccessary.

on my bios it didnt automaticaly detect pcie, it wouldnt disable onboard gpu
