Default LCD monitor TV

ViewSonic VX922 19" LCD Monitor

I plan on buying this monitor for gaming, watching videos and multitasking.

But I would also like to hook it up to my xbox to use as a tv. Is there any way I can use this as a tv to play my Xbox on?

Which video card do you have? The monitor doesnt have anything special...

You could look for something like this..

Pros: worked without any problems. i can play xbox and surf the web at the same time with the usb....

Cons: picture quality slightly lower through usb. i have had no problems with the software or sound like other people....

I'm buying a video card later, so I will need a good low latency monitor.
Plus it is a very good all purpose monitor.

I don't know any good LCD TVs for <$300 that is very good

And thanks for the links

Oh, I have a 9200 video card with s video hook up I think. Its a yellow circle plugin.

Is 300$ your buget? If so, then thats a decent monitor for it. If your buget was higher, I would say go for more contrast ratio or higher resalutions.

Yeah, that's my budget. its suppose to be the best gaming monitor and a good all purpose monitor for that price.

But what is the best av tuner I can use to play xbox on it? $99 seems unreasonable.
