Default DeepBurner

Ok, you have to be quite good with DeepBurner to help me with this (unlike me -lol) or you need a good commonsense! You may even laugh at this!

I have no idea if I did this correctly on DeepBurner! I opened the movie through going to the "CD/DVD files" on the side! I skiped "Autorun" because I didn't know what it meant. Then i skiped "Print Label" because I wasn't bothered doing it! Then finally I went to "Burn Disk" and clicked on "Burn" at the bottom!

When I tried the movie on the disk, it was a file! So what did I do wrong! Is all of that wrong or something?

Please help!
