Default Trying to sell computer

I am currently in the preparation process of selling my computer. However, I do not know where to begin and have several questions.

1. How do I clear out all the information from my computer?

2. Where should i go to try and sell my computer?

3. What do i do about my versiopn of Windows XP? Can I unregister it from my name and sell it to someone else?

You just need to sell the license with the machine and give them the certificate and the cd

Just do a clean reformat, that would be the easiest. Or you can just delete all the files that you dont want the guys to have and uninstall all the programs.
