Default Loaner Laptops Best Buy doesn't want you to know about.

If you have an extended service plan from best buy and your laptop must be sent off they will generally not offer you any kind of replacement for the 2-4 weeks it will be sent off for, or in my case 2 months and counting.
When your laptop is being sent off you can ask for an open box laptop to use as a loaner. It can be put on your Best Buy credit card and the manager can give you (in writing) a statement saying that the laptop can be kept until the service is completed on your computer and there will be no restocking fee or interest. So with typical service repairs the computer will be returned before you are ever billed, but in my case I only have to pay the minimum of $11 per month which will be refuned to me after I return it. I am informing everyone I can about this because Best Buy is using every little technicality to prevent honoring their No-Lemon policy, so I am sharing every little technicality so customers can have as fair a chance as possible.
