Memory Card

I bought a 256Mb Memory Card, just out of interest I notice when I right click to Device Manager, the memory card is seen to have 256Mb allocated space and strangely the PC is showing it has 3.3Gb unallocated space on the PC.

Out of interest, just wonder any expert can tell me why it is showing something which is untrue? Or is there hidden memory in my memory card??

I have no idea but unallocated space cant be used so it wont matter (and since you cant allocate on memory cards, it wont matter)
