hi i am planning on getting a 79000gtx oc graphics card but to do this i have to change my mobo from agp the mobo i want to get is this

A8N32-SLI Deluxe
does anyone know if this is a good mobo also it recommends a diffrent type of memory i am running ocz gold gaming memory the memory it recommends is this

i do plan on using the pc for gaming but is it worth upgrading the memory
£200 for 2x1gb sticks
or would i do better uprading the cpu i have a amd 4000+ to a duel core
any advice would be great
