mildly long boot-up
on my Solo it takes about 3 mins. 2 stop loading, i noticed that ZA might be slowing it down a bit, i tryed 2 get into msconfig, but that didnt work, i typed in config, some crap came up, and i searched my hd 4 msconfig, and nothing came up? any reason?

I would suggest backing up your data and performing a system restore/reinstall. Its surprising how much of a difference this can make to a system.

ok, how about defragging? and how about shortening up the start-up list? 1 thing, i cant get into msconfig....

It only has 128MB of RAM, of course it's going to run slower. In my expierences, XP is much faster than 2000 on systems with lower amounts of RAM.

http://***************/download.php?...onfig_2000.exe on your win2k machine. (no virus or anything) edit: wtf? Why won't it let me link to another forum??? dang this stupid no spam stuff.... go here edit again: that didn't work either. ok try this x t e c h f o r u m . c o m /download.php?d=Other%20Files&name=msconfig_2000.ex e It is a msconfig file for Windows 2000, btw

i copyed that link, took the spaces out, and pasted it in the Address bar, but doesnt work?
