Default Windows to Mac transformation

If any of you out there are crazy about turning your Windows XP into a MAC can you tell me if there's any way to take off the file options help bar you would find on any Windows program. I got the mac toolbar up top with file options help options which is cool, but is there any way to take off the bar on programs.

I so don't see the point of making windus look like ma os , because it is still windows and performs like windows just all confused because it has mac logos everywhere
