I'm trying to clone between my desktop HD & Laptop HD. I bought at Fry's an HD adapter - 44 pin to 40 pin IDE & connected to desktop. There is a 2 wire plug from the adapter that was plugged into desktop. Bios doesn't recognize the laptop HD. Any ideas on how to get it recognized?
